A central figure in the franchise’s evolution, Rehan Ulhaq has played an instrumental role across multiple
areas of the organisation, including cricket operations, strategic planning, team development, and
performance culture. His journey from being part of the franchise since Season 1 to now stepping into the
role of COO reflects Islamabad United’s core belief in internal growth, developing people into leadership
roles at every level of the organisation.
